Job Duties: Adhere to DHSSPS and NMC guidelines for practice requirements and standards, for example, safe handling, administration, storage and custody of medicinal products.Adhere to Trust guidelines, policies and procedures.Ensure that organisational goals are reflected in own and the nursing teams objectives and in ward / department plans.
Qualifications / Experience: Registered Nurse on Part 1 of the live NMC RegisterDegree, Diploma or other nursing qualification allowing registration with NMC.Have three years post-registration experience in an adult intensive care settingAndA post registration qualification in ICU nursing (Adult).Demonstrate the ability to provide effective leadership skills or management training to meet the needs of the post in full.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
