Job Duties: Under the guidance of the Ward Manager the post holder will assess, plan implement and evaluate evidence based nursing interventions within the Addiction Treatment Unit.Provide person centred nursing to ensure continuity of care within agreed standards including the facilitation of individual and group interventions to individuals with substance misuse related issues, involving their carers and families.
