Job Duties: Work autonomously and be responsible for the assessment and treatment of patients referred; this will involve:Comprehensive assessment of patients in all areas of occupational performance, demonstrating advanced clinical reasoning and analytical skillsThe establishment, implementation and modification of treatment programmes to address patients' complex and changing needsTo work with patients and carers, providing support and advice relating to practical management of the patient and providing up to date information to assist them in decision making.Organising and carrying out home assessments where required in line with departmental criteria.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
