Job Duties: As a Counsellor you will provide an effective, safe and ethical therapeutic counselling service for people affected by addiction & mental ill health.
Qualifications / Experience: A professional counselling qualification to Diploma level AND a minimum of one years post qualifying paid experience.Professional membership of BACP/IACP or equivalent. Experience of working with clients who have/had substance use issues.Proven ability to work effectively within a team setting to deliver on an outcome based programme. Proven ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.Proven ability to work on own initiative.
