Job Duties: Provide clear leadership and oversee the management of all staff within their sphere of responsibility.Be responsible for ensuring that AMH inpatient services are of a high quality and fully meet professional regulation, organisational and governance standards.
Qualifications / Experience: Be a 1st Level Registered Nurse on Part 1 Mental Health of the Nursing and Midwifery Council Live Register;Have a minimum of 2 years' experience within the last 5 years working in a Band 7 role.
