Job Duties: Work independently under the direction / instruction of a qualified occupational therapist to carry out treatment sessions/ interventions with clients. Occupational Therapy intervention will include, but is not restricted to, self-care activities, transfer and mobility practice, domestic activities of daily living, upper limb treatment, wheelchair practice, relaxation, falls education and stroke rehab.Prepare equipment & resources for assessment /treatment including setting up and tidying away equipment.

Qualifications / Experience: Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including English and Maths.OR NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent OR Higher qualifications in a care related subject.At least one year's paid experience, working with physically disabled and / or older adults delivering direct client care in a formal care setting.
