Job Duties: To assist with the development of the Community Rehabilitation Team and be responsible for prioritisation, organisation and management of own caseload and workload.To manage a caseload and be responsible for assessment, treatment and management of clients including formation of treatment and rehabilitation plans, providing appropriate intervention and delivery of service. Qualifications / Experience: Mental Health Nursing Qualification. Registered Mental Health Nurse on the Live NMC Register.
