Job Duties: To deliver smoking cessation interventions on a one-to-one or group basis in the community appropriate to meet the clients individual needs in line with Public Health Agency smoking cessation standards and other best practice models including as relevant the prescription of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).Support the Smoking Cessation Nurse Co-ordinator in the development of specific care pathways and referral systems for the smoking cessation service.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
