Qualifications / Experience: Years post qualification experience as an Occupational Therapist which must include:3 years in Adult Mental Health and2 years at Band 6 or above andMinimum 3 months management of junior OT staff.BSc or Diploma or Masters in Occupational Therapy.Current HCPC registration / or eligible for registration on appointment.Evidence of Post Graduate training up to Masters level in relevant areas such as:Health care management / leadership. Occupational Therapy standardised assessment.Sensory attachment intervention.Sensory integration.PGCE.
