Job Duties: Act as an autonomous practitioner in multidisciplinary triage from a variety of referral sources including Primary & Secondary care, Emergency Departments & Tertiary Consultant referrals inclusive of Waiting List Initiatives from local Trust and Regionally. Arrange appropriate onward referral of patient referrals to Orthopaedic Consultants.Act as an expert practitioner with advanced specialist knowledge and skills in the diagnosis, management and appropriate discharge of patients with musculoskeletal conditions in a variety of locations, across community and secondary care settings and working in partnership with the orthopaedic team through co-located clinics, virtual clinics & within mega clinic settings.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.

Qualifications / Experience: 7 years post graduate experience to include 2 years senior experience.(Band 7 or equivalent)3 years musculoskeletal ( MSK) / Orthopaedic ICATS senior clinical experience (Band 6 or equivalent).BSc., MSc.
