Job Duties: To contribute to the development of flexible and innovative approaches to care for respiratory patients, which provides an alternative to hospital admission, monitor these interventions using agreed measures including patient/carer experiences in accordance with the Trusts policies and procedures and the NMC code of Professional Conduct.
