Job Duties: To provide a universal Health Visiting service to the families of pre school children, assessing need and targeting interventions and resources appropriatelyTo carry out and fulfill competently the child health surveillance programmes identified and agreed by Western Trust, including administering vaccines and participating in the immunization programme as required.
Qualifications / Experience: 1st Level Registered Nurse on Part 1 of the NMC Live Register and SCPHN (HV) or Part 3 of the live NMC Register.Students expected to complete the SCPHN (HV) Course in September 2022 are eligible are to apply.
