Job Duties: Assess all aspects of clients care needs and make requests for professional visits where necessary. Provide healthcare needs, supervision and direct nursing care when required. Administer prescribed medication and document same in accordance with the NMC guidelines. Complete Mandatory training.

Qualifications / Experience: Qualifications Required:RGN / RMN on NMC register. Excellent communication skills. Applicants must be prepared to obtain an Enhanced Access NI Police check. Subject to reference checks.
