Job Duties: Lead on the maternity service risk management agenda, including patient safety and lessons learnt from incidents, this will include undertaking investigations and writing reports as required.Provide clinical leadership to the midwifery team and work in collaboration with Obstetric, paediatric and anaesthetic colleagues.Promote a clinical risk culture that is open and fair and where the emphasis is placed on learning lessons.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
Qualifications / Experience: Registered midwife with live registration on the NMC Register and Nursing Degree and 3 years' post-registration experience within Midwifery.Or:5 years' post-registration experience as a Band 5 including 3 years' within Midwifery.Or:5 years' post-registration experience which must include a minimum of 2 years' at Band 6 within Midwifery.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
