Job Duties: To ensure that service delivery is of a high standard, upholds the principles of the recovery ethos respect, privacy, dignity, fulfilment, independence and choice.To orientate new service users to their new home.To ensure the safety of service users at all times and be familiar with both Adult and Child Safeguarding policies and procedures.
Qualifications / Experience: A Level 1 Registered Nurse on the live NMC Register (mental health branch) OR Degree/Diploma in Social Work or equivalent AND be registered or be eligible for registration with NISCC OR Degree/ Professional qualification in an Allied Health Profession OR Have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Care/Promoting Independence/Health and Social Care Level 3 Diploma and have two years in working with adults with complex mental health needsBe registered or eligible for registration with NISCC.
