Job Duties: Under the direction of a qualified occupational therapist will undertake assessments, identify the need and complete the prescription for an agreed range of minor adaptationsUndertake follow-up visits to service users in their own homes or within community facilities, to compliment and provide continuity to the work of qualified staffArrange follow up visits on behalf of the occupational therapist for service users assessed in the clinic setting who may require minor adaptations carried out to their home.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
