Job Duties: The post holder will work at an advanced clinical specialist level, maintaining responsibility for the provision of clinical leadership and expert advice regarding the management of delayed and/or complex discharges referred to the acute AHP discharge team and to feedback to the professional leads in acute. Qualifications / Experience: BSc/Diploma in Physiotherapy and minimum 5 years post graduate clinical experience, which includes a minimum of 3 years experience at Band 6 Specialist Physiotherapist level or above within NHS or equivalent.
