Job Duties: To act as a role model to promote a culture of research and reflective practice within the department to enhance person-centred care.Ensure evidence-based care is provided to agreed standards within the department.Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring policies, procedures and protocols.
Qualifications / Experience: Degree, diploma or other nursing qualification allowing registration with NMCRegistered Nurse on Part 1 (adult) of the live NMC RegisterHave three years post-registration experience which must include 2 years working in a theatre environment and be willing to undertake a post registration in perioperative nursing as soon as possible.
