Job Duties: Under the direction of the Unit Manager, contribute to the formulation of care plans according to the specific nursing needs of child/young person.Undertake the role of shift co-ordinator, ensuring that the child's care plan is carried out to agreed standards.Undertake nursing interventions/treatments in Whitehaven as delegated.
Qualifications / Experience: Registered on the live NMC register Part 1 (Children's) OR Registered on the live NMC register Part 1 (Learning Disability)Two years' experience at Band 5 or above which includes working with children with complex needs OR Two years' experience at Band 5 or above working as a learning disability nurse.
