Job Duties: Role model and enable effective communication with patients and relatives to assist in their understanding of their illness, care and treatment.Adopt a questioning approach to existing practices and constantly seeks ways of improving care delivery and services based on available evidence.Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, to develop and co-ordinate care and services to ensure that they are effective and holistic.
Qualifications / Experience: Registered on Part 1 (Adult) of the NMC Register.Experience as a Registered Nurse for 3 years working within a burns and plastic surgery environment or an acute surgical environment.Experience of managing patients with general medical and general surgical conditions.
