Job Duties: Promote the physical, social and emotional health and wellbeing of children and young people within the context of their families across the 4 to 19 year age range as per Healthy Child Healthy Future programme.Support school health practitioners to identify and work with vulnerable families, children in need, children in need of protection and looked after children within the UNOCINI assessment framework.Adhere to National, Regional and local Safeguarding Children policies and procedures and support school health practitioners to work collaboratively with other disciplines and agencies to meet the needs of these children and their families.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
