Job Duties: Responsible for organising and overseeing midwifery care to a designated group of women. Develops and maintains personal caseload management documentation, which ensures outstanding information/results are gained and acted on as necessary. Takes a lead role in providing care and support for families in need and ethnic minorities. Assesses, and in partnership with other agencies, agrees and implements multi-agency plans to protect children. Liaises with social workers and other professionals and clients to agree plans.
