Job Duties: To support the Physiotherapist in providing a comprehensive treatment programme for patients/clients.To prepare patients for treatment including the preparation of equipment as required.To assist the Physiotherapist in the assessment and treatment of patients referred for physiotherapy, as appropriate. This may include hydrotherapy.

Qualifications / Experience: NVQ Level 3 in Diagnostic and Therapeutic Support or equivalent Or BTEC National Diploma in Caring Services (Social Care) or equivalentAnd1 years caring or nursing experience or therapy/ rehabilitation assistant/ support worker in a Day Care/ Residential/ Nursing/ Community/ Voluntary sector settingOr2 years paid experience as a therapy/nursing assistant.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
