Job Duties: Plan, manage, provide and evaluate nursing care services for residents. Supervise the implementation of nursing care plans. Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to achieve the aims and goals of care. Manage workload while on shift. Work well in stressful situations and deal with cases effectively.Time management and effective delegation. Ensure that all residents and relatives are treated with respect and dignity at all times.

Qualifications / Experience: Nursing and Midwifery Council Registered.Previous experience preferred but not essential.We offer Preceptorship Training for newly qualified nurses.Good interpersonal and highly effective communication skills, time management and effective delegation skills required.
