Job Duties: To lead and develop the Children and Young Peoples Speech and Language Therapy (CYPSLT) Service for Severe Learning Disability (SLD) and Sure Start, in conjunction with the Assistant Manager for CYPSLT services.To have a lead role in the strategic planning, development and evaluation of Speech and Language Therapy within the CYPSLT Severe Learning Disability (SLD) Schools/ SLD Outreach Service and Sure Start in the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust area.To be responsible for ensuring high quality, safe and effective care within the CYPSLT SLD Schools/SLD Outreach Service and SureStart.
Qualifications / Experience: Professional qualifications required by Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.Current registration of R.C.S.L.T and license to practice.Current registration of Health Care Professional Council.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
