Job Duties: Ensure evidence-based care is provided to agreed standards within the ward / department.Assist in implementing and monitoring policies, procedures and protocols.Assist the Ward Sister / Charge Nurse to ensure that systems and processes are in place to support effective mentoring of relevant staff.
