Job Duties: Phlebotomy.Administration of vaccinations.Suture removal and wound management.Treatment of patients with minor injury.Health promotion.Maintenance of detailed and accurate records.Stock management.Maintenance of clinical environment.Communication of any concerns to PM.
Qualifications / Experience: Minimum of 3 years post registration experience (excluding post basic education) in a hospital or primary care setting. First level Registered Nurse, on Part 1 NMC live Register. Experience of communicating with multi-professional groups including Service Users.Experience in the use of clinical computer software.Up to date knowledge of current clinical effectiveness guidelines.Proven ability to follow clinical protocols, policies and guidelines.
