Job Duties: In the absence of Ward Sister/ Charge Nurse, takes charge of the ward and is responsible for ensuring that staffing arrangements are maintained 24 hours per day.Ensures that programmes of care are carried out to optimum standards.Monitors and reports on patients conditions according to ward policy and ensures maintenance of patient records as required.
