Job Duties: Will be responsible for accepting appropriate referrals, undertaking assessments and formulating intervention plans in consultation with referrers, other agencies involved and the multi-disciplinary team.To take in and manage an appropriate caseload of children and families as part of the multidisciplinary team.To liaise closely with team colleagues in the development of transdisciplinary intervention programmes for children referred to the service.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
Qualifications / Experience: Hold a recognized professional qualification in Nursing, Social Work or Professions Allied to Medicine.
