Job Duties: Lead a team to deliver high quality, safe and effective services for people requiring inpatient or crises resolution/home treatment services and achieve all relevant targets with a particular emphasis on those relating to the implementation of the Bamford Review and other regional reforms and strategy. Ensure that the Mental Health Liaison service delivers an effective model of Mental Health care into the acute sector, and operates seamlessly with other parts of the mental health service.Ensure that the Trust's performance management framework is implemented within inpatient and community treatment services including adequate performance monitoring and accountability arrangements necessary to deliver agreed targets.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.

Qualifications / Experience: A relevant professional qualification (e.g. nurse, social worker, AHP, practitioner psychologist), 4 years post qualifying experience and worked for at least 2 years in a senior / middle management role within Mental Health Services.Four years post qualifying experience.
