Job Duties: The post holder will provide advice in resuscitation, training, education and practiceLead in the provision, coordination and delivery of courses (Advanced Life Support (ALS),European Paediatric Advanced Life Support (EPALS), Neonatal Life Support (NLS), Immediate Life Support (ILS), Paediatric Immediate Life Support (PILS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) etc)Ensure Trust training plan for resuscitation services is kept up to date and is readily available.

Qualifications / Experience: Advanced Life Support (ALS) Instructor and / or European Paediatric Advanced Life Support (EPALS) Instructor and/or Advanced Paediatric Life Support (APLS) instructor (valid certificate) or nominated Instructor Potential awaiting General Instructor's Course Registered Nurse on Part 1 of the live NMC Register Have a Nursing Degree AND 3 years post-registration experience within emergency/critical care or a relevant acute care setting(adult and/or paeds)
