Job Duties: Provide expert professional advice to the RTN Manager, Programme Manager and Director of the Social Care and Children, Health and Social Care Board (HSCB) and Health and Social Care Trust's local trauma teams.Have a key role in developing clinical leadership and ownership of new pathways, strategies and policies within the RTN and of ensuring excellent communications between clinicians within the Health and Social Care Trust's local trauma teams and other relevant statutory, community and voluntary partners.Be professionally accountable to a Band 9 Clinical Psychologist in a HSC Trust for professional regulation within the service.
Qualifications / Experience: Doctoral level (or equivalent) professional qualification in clinical or counselling psychology recognised by the British Psychological Society.Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)Substantial experience of working as a qualified clinical psychologist including at least 3 years post-qualification experience within the area of Trauma.
