Job Duties: To assist in the overall objective of the Home in creating and maintaining a caring environment where clients and their families feel secure and happy and where the respect and dignity of the client is maintained.To be responsible and accountable for the delivery of the highest standards of care possible to clients.To assist in the supervision of staff and ensure their adherence to the policies of the home.To assist with the moving and handling of residents and relevant equipment.

Qualifications / Experience: The successful applicant will preferably have an NMC PIN Number. If no suitable candidates apply with an NMC PIN Number we are prepared to train up a suitable candidate who is already in the NMC Registration process to NMC PIN. Applicants undergoing training to NMC PIN during their supervised practice period will be paid £9.22 per hour (£20,136.48 per annum) over a 42 hour per week contact. Once the NMC pin number is gained the salary will rise to a salary per annum of between £32,947 to £38,438 (£17.60 per hour) over a 36 to 42 hour per week contract.
