Job Duties: The overall effective and efficient management of all aspects of the Day Centre and all staff. To be responsible for the development and general management of staff; motivation and stimulation of staff, and the creation of opportunities for individual and team development.To be responsible for identifying the on-going training needs of all staff, and to participate in the development and implementation of in-house training programmes.To ensure the implementation of a formal programme of supervision and appraisal for all staff, and the maintenance of these records on a systematic basis and ensure that minuted staff meetings are held at regular intervals.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
