Job Duties: The employer is: CHARLES MALE GROOMING LTD.Job duties shall include and not exhaustive of the following;Reception Duties.Front of House.Greeting Guests.Shampooing and preparation of clients.Providing refreshments for clients.Adhering to basic hygiene standards within the workplace.Salon laundry.Cutting clients hair / facial hair.Providing aftercare advice.Executing follow-up calls to clients.Working with booking system.Maintaining stylist diaries.Cash handling / EOD reporting.Team meetings.Mentor meetings.Attending provided training days.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job Opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: None required.Willingness to learn and work essential.Able to work as a team player.All training and equipment is provided. Successful candidate will be enrolled in a fully accredited, internationally recognised VTCT VRQ qualification to qualify them as a Junior Barber in line with the NHBF and Hair & Barber Council UK.We plan to help the right client to improve their personal skills in working front of house & providing excellent customer service.We will develop a training plan and schedule with the successful candidate, and will offer sound career and training advice for future employment.We hope to develop this into a full time permanent position.
