Job Duties: Act as a first point of contact for Council, responding to customer enquiries by establishing facts and requirements and by providing high quality advice and information ensuring that the customer's needs are met or they are signposted to the correct service area in an effective and courteous manner. To assist in the maintenance and provision of the Councils Facilities at Loughgall Country Park. This is inclusive of an 18 hole Golf Course, Football Pitch, Tennis Courts, Children's Play Area, Fishing Lake, Lake Side Cottage, Adult and Children's Trim Trails and surrounding areas within the Boundaries of the Country Park.
