Job Duties: The employer is: PLANTILA LTD.Opening/ closing of shop once fully trained.Provide friendly welcome to customers browsing shop.Care for and water the plants.Help customers with purchase decisions.Handle cash/ card payments.Upsell and cross sell on all sales.Stock replenishment from deliveries.Stock merchandising.Handle customer queries in person and by phone.General housekeeping.Always provide service with a smile.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Enthusiasm and a passion for indoor/ outdoor plants.Willingness to learn and commit to training schedule.Be able to provide exceptional customer service.Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and ability to work as part of a team.Be available and fully flexible to work hours within a rota including evenings, weekend and bank holidays.
