Job Duties: We are looking for a reliable Handyperson/Groundskeeper to undertake, upkeep and repair tasks within the interior or exterior of our property portfolio. We'll rely on you to keep all our premises in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs and looking after the buildings and grounds where requested.Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handy persons/groundskeepers skill. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.

Qualifications / Experience: Proven experience as handyperson/groundskeeper.Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipmentBasic understanding of electrical, plumbing or heating systemsBasic math skillsGood communication abilityWell-organized and apt in problem-solvingBe resourceful and self-motivatedAbility to deal with other contractors and/or maintenance workersAttention to detailClean driver's license and access to own transportWillingness to work flexible working hours including emergency call out
