Job Duties: The employer is: LARNE FOOTBALL CLUB.Working with the head groundsman to ensure:Pitch maintenance schedules are followed and recorded.Surrounding terraces, walkways, paths and stadium arena is managed. daily with any works required identified and completed.Daily set up/set down requirements are completed.General tidiness and cleanliness of indoor and outdoor facilities is maintained.Daily opening up and closing of facilities managed. Daily and weekly health and safety checks are fulfilled and recorded appropriately.General handy work tasks fulfilled across a variety of facilities.Work safely at all times and in line with health and safety protocols.Any issues are identified and escalated to the head groundsman as soon as identified.Work as part of the match day facilities team to manage and deal any facilities that may arise while spectators are in the stadium.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:A minimum of 12 months experience in a care taking or grounds maintenance role.Ability to work in a diverse range of environments and across multiple sites.Ability to problem solve and come up with quick solutions. An eye for small details and pride in their work. The ability to prioritise and multitask to meet deadlines.The ability to improvise and think creatively at short notice.You must also complete a full Access NI enhanced clearance.Desirable: Specific grounds keeping or horticultural qualification.Working knowledge of marketing analytics and tools.A knowledge of trades such as joinery, plumbing, electrical etc.
