Job Duties: The employer is: KILKEEL GOLF CLUB.To assist in maintaining area of the golf course and adjacent areas as directed by the Head Greenkeeper/Course Manager. To use machinery and equipment as instructed by your supervisor in the maintenance of the golf course and surrounding land. You must make sure you are fully aware of all health & safety regulations and risk assessments on all machinery. You will be given adequate training for this but you must ensure that you understand how to operate all the machines and equipment you use. You will be expected to attend training and other courses which will be usually in normal working hours at the expense of the club.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job Opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Good time keeping, communication, teamwork and an understanding of ground work/green keeping are desirable but not essential.The six months employment is a training exercise to recognise a work pathway. Applicants must demonstrate a willingness to learn the skills in line with the Job Description.
