Job Duties: The employer is: LOCAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (LEDCOM) LIMITED.Supervised grounds and facilities maintenance including; cleaning, gardening and planting.Facilities operation of managed workspace and conferencing facilities - to include dealing effectively with clients and prospective clients, exhibiting customer service excellence skills.Undertake minor construction works and safely operate related equipment (mainly joinery related) and ability to undertake them safely.Basic painting and decorating works within workspace and offices.Safely and effectively operate grounds and facilities equipment (including hedge and grass cutting, power washing etc).You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: The successful applicant needs to be able to demonstrate evidence of:Understanding/experience of effective grounds and facilities maintenance.Ability to maintain safe and functional workspace environments.Organisational skills and ability to multitask.Basic knowledge/experience of gardening techniques and use of gardening products/equipment. Interpersonal and communication skills.Team working and ability to work effectively and flexibly with others under supervision.Customer service skills.Appropriate training and development will be provided for the successful applicant.
