Job Duties: Cutting standard or premium cuts of meat.To maintain a clean and tidy area.Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment.Carry out various tasks concerned with the slaughter of animals.

Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience using knife desirable.Able to work on own initiative.
