Job Duties: Avondale Foods is a leading food processing company of Fresh and Chilled products supplying leading retail businesses such as Marks & Spencer and Morrisons and Waitrose in the UK. To organise the work of a team of production operatives and to ensure that departmental targets are met with reference to volumes, efficiency, and customer requirements, to lead by example and ensure that you and all operators are adhering to company policies & procedures.

Qualifications / Experience: At least 12 months of practical hands on experience in food manufacturing environment.Good working knowledge of Word and Excel are essentialFood Quality and Integrity focusedConfident and clear verbal communication skills
