Job Duties: The Employer is: TITANIC HOTEL BELFAST.Be responsible for receiving and checking all food deliveries. Ensure food stock is stored in the correct manner.Record any food wastage.Manage and maintain storage conditions of food.Keep record of any frequent food shortages or spare items. Report directly to Executive Chef and Head Sous Chef.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: All training will be provided.
