Job Duties: The production line leader works within a fast paced food production environment. The role will be working on a production line, monitoring quality, packing and general food production duties. The team leader will have a direct, hands-on approach to daily food production. This is achieved by:High standards of personal hygiene.Maintaining a clean production environment.Knowledge of food safety.Ensuring continued production, resolving any minor issues as they arise.

Qualifications / Experience: Good Communication skills (interpersonal, listening, written and oral)Basic reading and mathematical skill for following recipes and training manualsBe trustworthy and reliableHave an understanding of Food Hygiene and importance of good Health and Safety practice and proceduresBe willing and able to learn practices involving all aspects of the production of food productsThe ability to work as part of team and make a positive contributionAbility to take accountability and work on own initiative without supervisionA flexible approach to work to meet the needs of the business and the roleA friendly, positive, enthusiastic and professional character
