Job Duties: The employer is: THE PLANT ALCHEMIST.Our Alchemist Ambassadors are general all-rounders who will provide top quality customer service experience for our community of plant loving customers. Ambassadors will provide a wealth of information around plants and store products. As a team we will work with customers to understand their needs and create offers, opportunities through our workshops and product ranges.Ambassadors will develop plant arrangements and present plants and products in store aligning with our brand style.Ambassadors will work on planning and building of store displays and pop-up shops while working behind the scenes on stock taking and online content creation for social media platforms. You will build outstanding knowledge to advice customers on plant care and encourage purchases to best suit their needs.You will be entitled to annual leave during this Job opportunity.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria: Passion for house plants. Ability to engage in conversation with customers. Computer literate across social media platforms and Microsoft. Desirable Criteria (not essential)Driving License. Video editing. Copy writing. Creative eye and attention for detail.
