Job Duties: To maximise sales, productivity, revenue opportunities and customer satisfaction levels through the efficient collection and redistribution of excess donated goods and stock items between the Vincent's charity shops in the North Region and other logistical requirements as they arise.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential skills, knowledge & experience:Proven multi-drop van driving experienceGood local geographical knowledgeGood time management and prioritisation skillsFlexible `can do¿ attitude and the ability to adapt to changeProven ability to complete administration paperworkAbility to effectively organise and planBe customer focused with strong interpersonal skillsPossess good problem-solving skillsAbility to work on own initiative or as part of a teamBe able to establish and maintain working relationships on an ongoing basisDesirable skills, knowledge & experience:2 years multi-drop van driving experience in past 5 yearsManagement or Supervisory experience in the service sectorProven ability of very basic maintenance (checking oil, water, tyres, etc.)Clean driving licence (for insurance purposes)Proven customer service skills
