Job Duties: To cover the cooks absence from the nursery.To assist the cook in the daily running of the kitchen.To provide all children with a nutritious, balanced and varied diet.To follow all menus provided by Rascals.To drop off and collect children from nursery or school and transport them safely back to Rascals.
Qualifications / Experience: Level 2- Food Safety in Catering (C.I.E.H.).A good level of understanding in nutritional values of food.Have experience working in a kitchen setting.Experience driving for at least 3 years (1 of which can be on R plates).
