Job Duties: Duties will include:Laundry Room tasks, to include the washing, ironing in a high turnover laundry as directed.Routine cleaning of allocated bedrooms, bathrooms & public areas Collection /disposal of waste. Cleaning bathroom replacing soaps towels, etc. Removing glasses, trays & crockery to kitchenCleaning windows, checking laundry, attending to customer's laundry.Using simple machinery and caring for itEnsuring that all reasonable care is taken for the health & safety of yourself, other employees, customers & any other persons on the premisesObserving all safety & security rules, regulations and proceduresEnsuring that all equipment and materials are not left in a dangerous stateReporting and where possible taking action on any incident of accident, fire, loss or damageIn all these duties to treat customers with such courtesy and attention as will maintain their satisfaction with the services provided by the hotel
Qualifications / Experience: The ideal candidate must have the following attributes:Experience within a housekeeping roleCommunication and customer service skillsPositive attitudeAvailable to work evenings, weekends & Bank Holidays essential
