Job Duties: To be responsible for the smooth and safe delivery of all activity across the site including in the Forest Park and any buildings.To ensure that the Forest Park and the facilities are safe and presentable for use by users and customers alike as well as for the staff and equipment.Ensuring that all facilities are properly staffed with the appropriate ratios and ensuring that the staff operating those facilities have the necessary training and qualifications.To ensure that all staff follow the relevant health and safety protocols and procedures for all attractions and events operating within Colin Glen.A full job description may be requested by emailing sharon@colinglen.org
Qualifications / Experience: 5 GCSEs including English Language and Maths or equivalent.Recognised First Aid Qualification (Minimum 8 hours).At least 1 National Governing Body qualification in coaching or leadership at a minimum of Level 2 in an outdoor sport (e.g. climbing, canoeing, mountaineering etc).The full list of requirements are detailed in the application pack.
